We’ve lived here for three years, and honestly, we’ve loved it here. There’s a feeling of community that I appreciate, and both the office and maintenance staffs are helpful and friendly.

I want to give a big thank you to Hector, the new maintenance technician at Town Center Apartments, for the excellent job he did. When my water heater burst, I called both the emergency maintenance line and the leasing office, and Hector showed up within minutes ready to help. He quickly shut off the water and helped me move my belongings out of the flooded area to prevent further damage. Within an hour, he had installed a new water heater and stayed to help clean everything up. I really appreciate the urgency, professionalism, and kindness Hector showed throughout the entire situation. His quick response and willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you, Hector, for your outstanding service.

Great community and the apartments are well maintained! Amber and Monica in the leasing office are always professional and consistently go the extra mile to help. Thank you ladies for all you do!

I been here 4 months since coming from mesa. Its a very nice community, the pool is nice and its always so clean in the area. Whoever want to move here i highly recommend. The office lady monica is very nice to me and my family. Maintenance fix my AC and garbage disposal same day i put request in very fast and reliable young man

It is a good place to stay . The Manager Mónica is very sweet and caring she helps you out a lot with anything you need there . The staff are very kind and on top of it if there’s any issues if anything breaks down or whatever it may be . Monica is the best !

I enjoyed my time at Town Center Apartments. It’s very clean and friendly environment. Amber is the best! She is super friendly always willing to help with questions or any concerns I will definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking in Queen Creek I strongly recommend asking for Amber if you’re going to go check these apartments out.

The community is well-maintained, and everything feels clean and taken care of. The location is also really convenient, which makes day-to-day living easier. I especially want to mention Amber—she has been absolutely amazing throughout my time here. She’s friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I’ve needed. Whether it’s answering questions or handling requests quickly, she goes above and beyond and truly makes a difference. Having someone like Amber on the team makes living here even better. I really appreciate all her help and the positive attitude she brings.

Amber was so helpful and amazing when leasing me out an apartment and when anything needed to be done she was quick to have maintenance at my house! Because of her my year here was amazing!

I love living in town center, has been such a great time experience living hear. Amber has been so helpful and always friendly. It’s bitter sweet that I’m leaving due to job relocation and I know I’m gonna miss living here with all laughs, memories and great connections I made.
