I just want to say I had a mixed up or miscommunication whatever it was I JUST WANT TO SAY I APOLOGIZE TO MS. MONICA I WAS SO FRUSTRATED BECAUSE I MOVE FROM TEXAS TO ARIZONA AND I BEEN LIE TO BY SOME MANY PEOPLE BECAUSE NO ONE WANTS TO GIVE YOU A CHANCE SO MY FAULT MS. MONICA BECAUSE YOU WERE SO HELPFUL TO THANKS FOR YOUR HELP

Outstanding Apartment and Management!
The Towne Center Apartments not only look great on the inside but their spacious layouts provide comfortability. The manager Monica goes above and beyond and stayed in contact throughout the whole “move in” process. Highly recommend!

Town center apartments has been a great experience. The complex is quiet, neighbors are friendly and nice and the apartment itself is awesome! The staff here are the best!!! Monica and her team are always there for their residents and whenever we need something I know where to go! Thank you Monica for making us feel at home! The maintenance staff is remarkable and he is always lending a helping hand. During difficult struggles in life, the Town Center staff makes life a lot better!!

The place is awesome! Monica has been an absolute doll! I love the apartment and it’s very affordable and within my budget. It was the first apartment I applied to and got in. If you’re looking for a nice place to live then this is your place!

The manager Monica has made our experience from application, to move in and residency very smooth. Anything that we’ve ever needed, Monica provided whether it was just a question or a maintenance issue. Our stay has been complete with an awesome staff and great maintenance crew. Definitely recommended.
