Just moved in, good experience with Jeremy the maintenance guy, and Amber and Monica were very helpful and made the moving process easy.

I really enjoy living at Town Center Apartments! Amber, Monica, Jeremy, and the new guy Joel are all amazing—they’re always helpful and responsive whenever I need anything. The office team goes above and beyond, and they even throw fun parties for the residents, which really brings the community together. Grateful to be part of such a well-managed and welcoming place!

I've had a generally positive experience living at Town Center Apartments. The complex is conveniently located, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. The grounds are well-maintained, and there's a good mix of residents, making it feel like a friendly and safe community. One of the standout aspects of living here has been the management. Monica Gonzales, the property manager, is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Amber is quick to help and answer any questions and Jeremy the maintenance always follows up with work orders to ensure things are resolved. Their communication is clear and timely, and it’s obvious they take pride in keeping the community running smoothly If you're looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live, I’d recommend giving Town Center Apartments a look.

Love living here! Monica, Amber, and Jeremy Have always gone above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care off with whatever problem/need I may have. I was very skeptical moving into an apartment because I’ve had such bad experiences in the past. But I moved to Queen Creek on short notice and out of all the places I look this was by far the best potential renter experience I had. Super grateful to be living somewhere, where the people that work/mange the property actually care..

I just wanted to take the time to say how amazing Robin in the leasing office is. Not only has she been extreemly understanding, but has also gone out of her way to help us when we needed it. Very pleased with how our experience has been thus far. Not to mention how wonderful the apartment units look and how clean they are. Its been a significant upgrade from other complexes I have lived in.

We just moved in a week ago and have had a great experience. It has been so clean and nice, both the apartment and community. It feels like home and we are grateful for the place. Hanah and Monica are great, very responsive, down to earth, and kind. Also, had a positive experience with the Cox employees for this community.

The staff was so friendly and super helpful when I spoke with them about living at Town Center. They were quick to get back with me when I had any questions. The apartment complex is kept clean and looks beautiful.

Monica was really helpful with the move got us in super quick and always kept in contact with us. Easiest move me and my girlfriend ever made.
