If there’s one thing I’ve noticed greatly it’s that maintenance is always on point. Not only is Jeremy (one of the maintenance guys) extremely personable, but he’s very dedicated to making sure the job gets done efficiently and accordingly. He’s definitely help me a bunch in the time I’ve been living at these apartments!

Great Service
Monica has your back. I moved in a year ago under trying circumstances. With Lisa my RN and three sisters I was able to leave my care facility (nasty places, I’ve stayed at three) I had lost much of my memory I needed to get off of the feeding tubes and learn how to walk again. Monica had her work cut out for her, she pulled it off with out a hitch…

Hannah, Monica and maintenance are great! They are easy to talk to and are always there for me when I have any questions. Highly recommend Town Center Apartments! Lol I read some of the bad reviews and literally laughed out loud 🤣🤣🤣🤣 All I can say is go meet them face to face.

I just want to say I had a mixed up or miscommunication whatever it was I JUST WANT TO SAY I APOLOGIZE TO MS. MONICA I WAS SO FRUSTRATED BECAUSE I MOVE FROM TEXAS TO ARIZONA AND I BEEN LIE TO BY SOME MANY PEOPLE BECAUSE NO ONE WANTS TO GIVE YOU A CHANCE SO MY FAULT MS. Outstanding Apartment and Management!
The Towne Center Apartments not only look great on the inside but their spacious layouts provide comfortability. The manager Monica goes above and beyond and stayed in contact throughout the whole “move in” process. Highly recommend!
