I am a newer resident of Town Center Apartments. I’ve been here about 6 months now and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. Monica is the real MVP! She has helped me along the way from day one till now, she ensures we are well taken care of and well informed. I have not been blindsided by any means. Jeremy is the best maintenance personnel. He is on it. I’ve never had to wait more than 24 hours to either get a solution or communication for a solution. We looked at so many different apartments here in Queen Creek and these by far made us feel the most welcome.

The maintenance team at Town Center apartments is great. I put in a work order for a new appliance & two days later it was installed. Great job. Thank you Jeremy & Joel

I went in to look at an apartment and Monica was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. She showed me the unit as well as told me what units they had coming up and when they were available. She gets back to me very promptly anytime I have questions. Hanah also assisted me with getting a new move in date cost sheet and did it in the time frame that she advised. These ladies are awesome!

Having just recently moved here, we are enjoying this complex. The amenities are nice, the complex is clean, and the staff is nice. Had our first maintenance request filled today by the maintenance supervisor Jeremy. He was friendly and efficient. Confirmed everything was done before leaving.

This apartment complex is top notch. My company had eight apartments there for over a year. The maintenance team keeps the place well maintained and looking good. Any issues we had were addressed immediately and correctly. Monica and Hannah are absolutely amazing to work with. I can honestly say that I thought of them as friends by the time I left. My favorite part of staying there was having access to the pool and gym 24 hours a day. I can't say a single negative comment about my experience there.

I’ve had an amazing experience living here! Amber and Monica are always friendly, responsive, and quick to address any of my concerns. The property is well maintained, and the amenities are fantastic. The community is quiet, safe, and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great home!

Have enjoyed living here so far. Staff has been nice & helpful. Maintenance sup Jeremy was super helpful and accommodating to all of our requests.

Very friendly management and I also thank the maintenance person for fixing the stove in timely manner, happy Thanksgiving for all .

I move i October 5th 2024 and the assistant manager has been absolutely the best i resolving my aunt all residents from word of mouth, always persistency drives her care for all residents. Amber has flawlessly been taking care of all my apartment needs, above and beyond any apartment home I've ever resided... aber is even there for me in spare times helping me in my personal issues w a office computer when I had extremely important life needs. As with her help all was resolved at the best possible which resulted in absolute completion! There is nothing at our apartment home that she wulould ever neglect at a manager of the most helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly , manner respectfully to me and all. It's would be ashame to lose a beautiful and extremely competent and understanding person who it so valued in our queen creek community... never meant anyone so enthusiastic and resourceful. Absolutely the best! Ty for have her here and don't know what would happen to our complex if she was no more. On a another note she brings appropriate humor each and every day that is so great keeping our moral standards way above anything we've ever experienced! Never will be the best if she was no more. We adore amber more than words can describe. Ty for keeping here here, as she is the glue and the major part of why we are all here. No words can describe....
